Applications are invited for admission in the following courses of Allied Health Sciences:

ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM
Candidates interested in admission can apply on the prescribed Admission Form available for Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) from H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan.
Last date for submission: 31/01/2026 (up to 12:00 noon)
Applications may be submitted by hand or registered post to the office of the Administrator.
Late applications will not be entertained.
Attested Certificates to be Attached (by Grade-17 or above officer):
- Matric Certificate (verified by concerned board)
- F.Sc. Pre-Medical Certificate (verified by concerned board)
- Punjab Domicile Certificate (no other document acceptable)
- Character Certificate from last institution
- CNIC of candidate and father/guardian
- Four recent passport-size photographs (1 front attested, 3 back attested)
- Original Fitness Certificate by registered medical practitioner
- Disability Certificate (only from Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons)
- IBCC Equivalence Certificate (for foreign qualifications)
- IBCC Equivalence Certificate (for PMF diploma holders)
FORMAT OF ENTRY TEST
- Total MCQs: 100
- Sections:
- English – 25 MCQs
- Biology – 25 MCQs
- Chemistry – 25 MCQs
- Physics – 25 MCQs
- Test Date & Time: Saturday, 07 February 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
MERIT CALCULATION
- SSC/Equivalent: 10%
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical): 40%
- Entry Test: 50%
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- First Merit list will be uploaded on website www.szmc.edu.pk on 21/02/2026
- Second Merit list will be uploaded on website www.szmc.edu.pk on 07/03/2026
- If candidate applies for more than one program, they must submit separate applications with separate fees
- Commencement of Classes: 30-03-2026
- 5% Quota for PMF Qualified Students
- Selection will be on open merit basis
- 01 seat out of total 60 seats is reserved for disabled candidates; merit list of disabled candidates shall be finalized on the basis of inter se merit. The decision of the selection committee shall be final
- No hostel facility for students of Allied Health Sciences Courses
- No TA/DA will be paid for interview, etc.
