شیخ زید ہسپتال رحیم یار خان میں مریضوں کے ساتھ آنے والے لواحقین کی سہولت کے لیے ایمرجنسی ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے باہر جدید، ایئرکنڈیشنڈ انتظار گاہ کا سنگ بنیاد رکھ دیا گیا۔
اس منصوبے کا سنگ بنیاد ڈپٹی کمشنر رحیم یار خان ظہیر انور جپہ اور میاں محمد عامر شہباز (ممبر ڈسٹرکٹ کوآرڈینیشن کمیٹی وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب و چیئرمین فرینڈز گروپ، چیمبر آف کامرس اینڈ انڈسٹری رحیم یار خان) نے مشترکہ طور پر رکھا اور منصوبے کی جلد تکمیل کے لیے دعائے خیر بھی کی گئی۔ یہ جدید انتظار گاہ میاں محمد عامر شہباز کی مالی معاونت اور تعاون سے تعمیر کی جائے گی۔
اس موقع پر پرنسپل شیخ زید میڈیکل کالج و ہسپتال پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد سلیم سمیت شیخ زید ہسپتال کی ایکٹنگ میڈیکل سپرینٹنڈنٹ ڈاکٹر عنبرین بھٹی ، ڈائریکٹر ایمرجنسی ڈاکٹر فرحانہ خالد اور سول انجینئرز بھی موجود تھے۔
پرنسپل شیخ زید میڈیکل کالج پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد سلیم نے میاں محمد عامر شہباز کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مریضوں کے لواحقین کے بیٹھنے کے لیے آرام دہ ماحول مہیا کرنا ادارے کی اہم ذمہ داری ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ انتظار گاہ کے قیام سے مریضوں کے لواحقین کو سہولت میسر آئے گی اور انہیں ایمرجنسی کے باہر بہتر ماحول میں انتظار کی سہولت فراہم ہوگی۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ شیخ زید ہسپتال میں مریضوں اور ان کے لواحقین کو بہترین طبی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کے لیے اقدامات جاری ہیں اور ایسے منصوبے عوامی خدمت کی جانب ایک اہم پیش رفت ہیں۔
