Finance Minister Punjab Makhdom Hashim Jawan Bakht met Principal Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Prof Dr Tariq Ahmed (Neurosurgeon). Both discussed in detail regarding Trauma Center Zahirpir, establishment of Cardiac Centre ar Mianwali Qureshian, Upgradation of Rural Health Centre Mianwali Qureshian and establishment of Mother Child Health at Tehsil Headquarter Sadiqabad. Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital will extend support in terms of human resource and capacity building. At the meeting, Prof Dr Javed Akram Vice Chancellor University of Health Sciences, Principal Services Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) Prof Dr Mahmood Ayaz, Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan Mr Ali Shehzad and others presented.

STATE OF THE ART LECTURE ON DEMENTIA: State of the art lecture on DEMENTIA is organised by Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Prof Dr Muhhamad Aslam, Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Neuroscience, University of Cincinnati, Ohio, US gave detailed presentation on DEMENTIA Principal Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Prof Dr Tariq Ahmed (Neurosurgeon) gave souvenir to the guest presenter and appreciated the efforts of Psychiatry Department. At the moment; Medical Superintendent Dr Ghulam Rabbani, Dr Ali Burhan Mustafa, Prof Dr Muhammad Hanif, Psychiatrists, Doctors and Psychologists attended the Guest Lecture.
